The box for the teether arrived in a rumpled, bent, damaged condition, as can be seen in the photos. I sent more than one email about this to your company, and also called the customer service number on your website ( which sadly is not the correct number for your company, but belongs to a private entity. ) I requested in those communications that I be sent a replacement pristine box and teether, one that would be suitable and a delight to take to my friendโs upcoming baby shower. I have received no response. I am still open for a positive resolution to the situation if you are able to provide me with assistance. Many thanks, Lisa

Overall this paper is great. I'm really happy it's made from a single mold cuz that means there's going to be no bacteria growth. It is nice and easy to chew on for my infant. I've always loved how baltic amber helps to naturally relieve teething pain. The fact that they found a way to infuse the oil into a natural rubber teether is genius! I live the different textures on little bamber. It gives my son different feels to explore all while relieving some of the pain from cutting teeth. It's easy to clean and it's durable and flexible! I went through 6 teethers starting with the famous Sophie the giraffe thinking I couldnโt go wrong with the hype. Yeah so Sophieโs mouth being pointed with pointy ears is a massive design flaw and my 5 month old baby poked his eye with her face. Then I went hunting I tried this banana one- yep poked his face again, only with a tougher material. Tried the Nuby keys which smell of cancer out of the package. The struggle was real. Then I found you all. The rubber doesnโt smell like Iโm off shore of an oil companyโs rig. The ears and bumps on your design are rounded safe little nubs that my baby loves to chew on. The ears are rounded which you think would have been the mostly logically design everyone would have followed. This now isnโt just his teether itโs his baby. This toy/teether goes where he goes.

This is my 4th baby, wish I had found this with the first, love how it's infused with anti inflammatory amber, cute aesthetic and most importantly instantly my babe LOVED this... it's now with us on car rides and throughout the day when she wants to chew... she also doesn't take a binki so it gives me a lot of comfort if she gets fussy on car rides that I have something for her to play with that's safe and helps her gumming needs! I should have read the reviews and description better, haha. I thought it would be thicker and the shape of an actual giraffe. That's my fault .It's thinner, but my son loves it. He really likes the longer parts of the head to chew on. Great purchase.No weird smell or anything like that.Great purchase for a teething baby!! Great texture, too!

My son and I love this teether! But he's constantly letting it go and chucking it and it instantly gets covered in fur and hair that can't just be picked off because it has a sticky texture since it's rubber. I DO vacuum, sweep, and mop, and still, this thing searches out fur like it's its job! This is really frustrating because I have to constantly rinse it since my teething baby wants it back.

My son prefers this over his other teething toys. It has helped him so far. As far as teething and crankiness it doesnt help much he still gets cranky but its not as bad as my other kids who didnt have this. Does it help I dont know. But its cute and easy to wash. The cost is normal compared to other natural rubber baby products.

My 1 year old daughter is so particular with Teethers. She gets over them fast or they just don't help her.Once I received this. I washed it. Gave it to my girl. She was OBSESSED. This is a great teether so far. Easy for my baby to hold and easy to clean. After cleaning it I offered it to my baby and he went crazy lol grabbed right onto it and started chewing on the antlers. I bought and attached a silicone bead paci-clip so he can chew on that too & it won't fall far when he is playing with it, since he dropped another teether he really liked while we were walking around and our dog ate it within a matter of seconds ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ When I took it out of the package it did not have any weird or strange smell. I bit it and there is no flavor but it is squeaky on your teeth and reminds me of old baby bottles from when I was a little kid!! Baby really likes it so far so I'm giving it five stars for that reason and also bc it seems sturdy, is easy to hold and easy to clean. A little pricier than some teethers, but if he really likes it and it helps, it's worth the extra couple dollars.

I love this product. This is such a creative idea especially for those parents who lean more towards natural options for their baby. I am so skeptical about the amber necklace because of choking hazard so I searched for other options. When I saw this, I didn't hesitate. Yes, it's a bit pricey but you can't put a price on safety. My baby definitely chews on it but I haven't tested it's efficacy on the teething part of it. Hoping it really does work.I hope they make other shapes/animals using the same material. I think this is a great idea.

Easy to clean and love how their isn't a hidden spot on it were anything can crack or withhold water in it and grow mold so this is one solid piece and I highly recommend it for all babies!!! I use a pacifier clip holder thing to keep a leash on this teether!!

Just arrived today and it's already a hit. My baby is somewhere in limbo between bottom and top teeth coming in and jams everything that fits into his mouth. I was skeptical about the amber claims to help with teething, but a few people recommended it so I started looking for an amber teether. I was disappointed to mainly find necklace because they looked like choking hazards to me. I ordered โBamberโ because it did not have any small parts, and is made of completely natural materials.My baby loves it and spent a good 20 minutes gnawing on it before getting hungry again. Very happy with the quality, the firmness seems perfect for sore gums and the different โnodesโ around the perimeter lets the baby choose different shapes/thicknesses to teeth on.Very happy with this purchase.
