The Natural Process

Our manufacturing process begins with the careful cultivation of Hevea brasiliensis, commonly known as the rubber tree. Farmers sow seeds that mature over 12-18 months before being transplanted to plantations for further growth. These trees require approximately 6-7 years to reach maturity, ensuring optimal latex production.

Once matured, the harvesting process begins with skilled workers delicately tapping into the bark of the tree. This technique involves shaving off a portion of the bark and creating notches to allow the latex, a milky white fluid, to flow out. This process, known as tapping, is repeated on alternating days until a significant portion of latex is collected.

Our baby teethers are crafted from 100% natural rubber sourced exclusively from these Hevea trees in Malaysia. The latex, extracted each morning, embodies the essence of natural flexibility, waterproofing, insulation, and a pleasant taste and smell.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, ensuring our products meet the strictest regulations in the world, including those in the USA and Europe. At our core, we have one unwavering principle: to provide the best for our babies all over the world. Whether it's the meticulous cultivation of rubber trees or adhering to stringent manufacturing standards, we prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our little consumers above all else.
