I had specifically ordered two more Diblys after emailing you and telling you how much my son loved them and that I got 2 more to take with us on our 5 week vacation. That was on August 10. For some reason shipbob was used as delivery company who made one attempt to deliver on August 15 and claimed it was failed. I waited one hour on hold to tell them the instructions on how to say the address at the guardhouse. I was told it will be written in a note and redelivered. I called 3 times again asking when it will be redelivered only to be told the same line each time I called. I even asked if I can pick it up myself was told they donโt have that option. Any normal delivery company would try to redeliver it the following day. I then contacted you to explain the situation and to ask you for help contacting them only to have you tell me we understand the difficulties with guardhouses. I receive about 5 packages a day and never had a delivery โattempt failedโ all I wanted was the package I paid for. I emailed support twice since asking for an update no response only for me to check my tracking and see that is still in the same place but now says return to sender. itโs been almost a month I donโt have the product I still have the charge on my credit card and support hasnโt answered my last two emails. Not great.
I ordered this teether and in 3 days it was delivered. First impression of the product started off good, then Penelope got her hands on it and loved it! The Dibly by Bambeado is an all natural product with no added flavors and has a soothing toothbrush tail. She was all smiles with it today! I recommend this product!
I loved the teether, but it was supposed to be a gift and the box came mangled and crushed. The teether was fine, but I was disappointed in the way it was shipped.
Love it! It was really hard to find something like this that my daughter actually likes and she loves this and also the giraffe. They are her favorite and they are exactly as described
The dinosaur is great, all the different chewy spots keeps it interesting for our baby to continue to chew on especially when different areas of his mouth are hurting.
My nephew loved it immediately! He went straight for the tail, the "toothbrush" end. He still chooses it regularly, even with multiple options in front of him. We love that it's made of natural rubber, and I can tell he digs the texture!
